OCULUS Super Media
The design concept for the media company’s interior refurbishment revolves around creating a space that embodies the fluid, dynamic, and ever-evolving nature of the media industry. The use of curvilinear forms throughout the space reflects the continuous flow of ideas, creativity, and innovation that define the company’s culture. Curves evoke a sense of movement and energy, capturing the essence of storytelling and communication, while softening the environment to foster collaboration and open dialogue. By removing harsh lines and rigid structures, the space becomes more organic, inviting, and adaptable – much like the unpredictable nature of media production itself.

Ever since Alberti’s statement that a house is a small city and a city is a large house, the relationship in scale between small-to-large and individual-to-collective has been considered to be a natural one. This has created what has been called the part-to-whole relationship and becomes the axiom of our preliminary design concept for agro bank.

We believe that this proposal will pioneer the future banking physical environment not only to this region, but also throughout the world. This is a criterion for achievement that aligns directly with the rebranding and upgrading of bank pertanian malaysia in hopes to propel as a universal agricultural bank that serves the people and the landscapes of the world.

The Growing Wall facade concept is inspired by the idea of organic growth, capturing the fluidity and dynamic nature of life itself. In the context of a high-rise corporate office, this facade design mimics the organic forms found in nature, with curving, overlapping panels that evolve as they ascend the building, creating a sense of continuous expansion. The idea behind the Growing Wall is to convey a sense of vitality and progression, symbolizing the company’s growth and adaptability within a bustling urban environment. The design contrasts with the rigid, boxy nature of typical high-rise architecture, offering a softer, more organic silhouette that stands out in a dense city context, making the building a true architectural landmark.

Numerous passive architectural strategies have been developed over time. Examples of such strategies include the arrangement of rooms or the sizing and orientation of windows in a building, and the orientation of facades and streets or the ratio between building heights and street widths for urban planning.

There is no doubt Green Technology has made its headway into the architectural community, the implementation of given technologies have changed the ways we see and perceive modern day architecture. While green architecture has been proven to show great improvements of ways of living both environmentally and technologically the question remains, is all this sustainable?
