The Kota Kinabalu ‘RAFFLESIA City Waterfront is slated as a World Class development with the best boardwalks and lifestyle centers. The Kota Kinabalu Rafflesia City Waterfront is a shopping center and commercial development that combines the traditional retail functions of a shopping mall with leisure amenities catered towards upscale consumers and tourists. It is designed to be a ‘unique urban village’ - a vibrant place where community takes shape and public life happens.
The project will see a multitude of luxury retail and lifestyle developments along the famous Kota Kinabalu waterfront by transforming it into an environmentally friendly boardwalk along the seafront to become a thriving pedestrian walkway.

The built structure is segmented and naturally planned to mimic the leaves from the tree. The structural mass is cut in segments to allow the natural airflows as well as buffer againts the strong wind and noises from the urban highways.

Tall rocks are seen as prisms that forms the gate of the forest while reinterpreting the new urban condition of Kelana Jaya. The Majlis Link Green mixed development consist of grade ‘A’ offices, high cost condominium, 5 star hotel and retail shops to encourage a constant pattern of economic and social activity.

The use of shipping containers reflects Penang’s
art and sustainable commitment as well an
industrial seafront side of Penang. The new Art District operates as a curated public space, offering social engagement opportunities
as well as a civic and cultural identity. The design
offered maximizes the social opportunity of the
site - physically accessible, with economical and
versatile building material. Programmed spaces of the market are connected visibly via the open parks and field towards the art museum,
allowing the anticipation, for an un-programmed
encounters.
The identity of the art district is closely aligned with a sense of place, connecting
the existing surrounding with the possibility of
engagement. By providing
ample spaces - we seek to create affordable
entertainment for all income levels.

Bernam Jaya Masterplanning

Bernam Jaya is a new Malaysian township in northern Selangor. The proposed site, comprising of 83.84 acres (Commercial) and 110.47 acres (Residential), are located between Sabak Bernam and Tanjung Malim.

Laman 7 Commercial Hub is a 3-storey shop-office development which focuses on ecological design. Among the prominent features of Laman 7 Commercial Hub is the round central boulevard with courtyard which is suitable for al-fresco dining, entertainment outlets, outdoor events and restaurants. In addition to the proposed recreational park adjacent to the proposed site, the introduction of Laman 5 Green Residences also contribute to support Laman 7 Commercial Hub.
