Residential

Calla Villas

This is a simple, self contained house of flowing spaces, closely connected to its garden and suprisingly replete with private places. High level of transparency and internal cross views create sense of space which belies the spacious size of the house.

The distinction between inside and outside is blurred immediately by its layout design responding to the example of ‘Malay traditional house’. This mini village of bungalow houses allows independence, privacy and the oppourtunity for an individual lifestyle of ‘santai’ or retreat senses thoughout the development.

Saujana Clubhouse

A Clubhouse should have the feeling of a home away from home with a more grand and upscale feeling. Like a fine hotel, it should have a gracious style and character.

The design of the interior, as well as exterior, should be done with tasteful sensitivity with an eye to detail. The clubhouse should allow its member’s both private and social spaces as they may desire. Service should be ever present with careful separation between the service and public spaces.

Farah Nadia's Bungalow

Inspired by the breezy and light-dappled plantation homesteads of pre-Independence Malaya, this house is characterised by double-storey wraparound verandahs, rhythmised by columns and louvres reminiscent of a more leisurely past.

Meanwhile the interior design of this bungalow offers balance for mind and body. The master bedroom come with family lounge, walk in wardrobes and private balconies.Open plan dining and living rooms fully utilise the use of space while a dry and wet kitchen offers more room to create meals for their loved ones.

Elizabeth's Bungalow

The principle behind the English home is one of frankness. That is the exterior is a frank expression of the interior. The floor plan is first laid out and, regardless of its intricacy, the exterior is made to reveal what it encloses.

Though symmetry is sacrificed it is more than made up for in the subtle balancing of parts. The finished result, if carefully watched, will be a beautiful composition of shapely architectural forms, varied wall surfaces, projecting casements and rich, decorative detail. For the expression of one’s personality in a home, nothing could be more pliable, and in the end satisfying.
